After a false start in April and a rainy start to play the Brisbane Amateur and Mid Amateur Championships were held at Royal Queensland today - 10th June 2012.
The winner of the Brisbane Amateur was a young Nudgee GC member Daniel Stringfellow 72, Runner up (on count back) - Michael Dean 73, Dong Lee was the winner of the Nett event 73.
The winner of the Brisbane Mid Amateur was Davin Bailey with a 74, Runner Up - Hayden Pace - 75 and Phillip Melksham was the winner of the nett - 75.
